No, you don’t have to be home. Most clients give us access before the appointment and return to a spotless space. Of course, you’re always welcome to stay while we clean if you prefer.

What should I do before my cleaner arrives?

We recommend picking up personal items or clutter so our team can focus on deep cleaning surfaces, floors, and spaces efficiently. That helps us give you the best possible results in less time.

Are your cleaners background checked?

Yes. Every cleaner who works with us goes through background checks, training, and quality reviews to ensure reliable, professional service every time.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. We bring all the supplies and equipment needed for your cleaning. If you have preferred products or sensitivities, just let us know and we’ll gladly use yours.
